Jason Cockfield
My interest in the field of personal achievement has been a gradual growth spanning almost my entire life up to this point. Growing up playing competitive soccer, I have always been interested in fitness and physical activities. As I got older I realized the importance and impact that proper nutrition could have on performance. After stepping away from soccer I had to find another passion that I wanted to pursue. Fitness, being a strength coach, and personal training seemed to be a logical progression.
Once I entered fitness industry my range of interests quickly expanded. I realized that exercise and nutrition were not sufficient to help create lasting wellness and enable personal growth. There are facets of health that need to be considered. Psychology plays an important role in creating the appropriate mindset and mental approach to achievement. The more I learn the more complex I realize this field is and that exploring it will be a lifelong pursuit. I will continue to pursue the knowledge and expertise necessary to enable people to strive for, and ultimately achieve, their highest endeavors. My passion is helping others lead a truly fulfilled life.
